Our Commitment to Privacy

BullseyeTracker is committed to keeping our users’ information private and to ensuring all users know and understand what data we collect, how we use it, and why. This page serves to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of the information we receive from the users of BullseyeTracker.com.

By using or accessing BullseyeTracker.com in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways.

How Do We Collect Information

The Type of Information We Collect

In the course of using BullseyeTracker, both anonymous and personally identifiable information may be collected.

Anonymous Information refers to information we capture which cannot be tied back to a specific individual. For instance, we may know that hundreds of people have visited this Privacy Policy, but we do not necessarily know their names, where they live, or how to contact them.

Personally Identifiable Information refers to information that tells us specifically who you are. This would include information like your name, email address, phone number, and username. With this information we are able to provide a personalized experience (e.g. show you your personal scores and stats, upcoming matches, your practice logs, etc).

Anonymous Information

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information (such as device type, operating system, etc) automatically and store it in log files. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the website, to track user movements around the website and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole (e.g. the % of page views from users in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, etc). When a user is signed in to BullseyeTracker some of this automatically-collected data may be linked to certain Personally Identifiable Information (e.g. how often a specific user signs into the site).

Personally Identifiable Information

If you have an account with BullseyeTracker.com, we will ask you (or your league officers) for some personally identifiable information. This includes your First and Last Name, your Email Address, and your Phone Number. You may review and update this personally identifiable information in your profile by logging in and editing such information. You may also update who can see this information. Deleting or modifying this information beyond recognizability may impact your ability to use our platform, and our ability to provide the services we offer our users (e.g. If you delete your first and last name, your team captain won’t be able to distinguish you from other shooters and won’t be able to capture your scores. If you remove your email address, you will not be informed of team practices. etc).

Cancelling your account with us will prevent your league(s) from capturing your scores and/or including them in match results. In the event you choose to cancel your account, Bullseyetracker reserves the right to retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for reasonable business purposes.

BullseyeTracker will not rent or sell your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties.

If you choose to allow a website to collect your location data, such location data may be available to the applicable Client. In addition, if you have an account with FAcebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Foursquare or other similar websites (each a “Social Network”), your Social Network identity, including your public picture, may be associated with your location data. If you send a “Do Not Track” request through your web browser, we may still collect and use your browsing data to improve security, to provide our Service, and to generate reporting statistics, but we will not track other websites that you may have visited.

No Information Collected From or About Children

We will never knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that personal information about a child under the age of 13 has been collected, that information will be immediately removed from any access. Because this information is not collected, no such information is available for BullseyeTracker to use or to disclose to third parties. BullseyeTracker has designed this policy in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

How We Use Individual Information

For our users, we use personal information to provide the best user experience possible. Your first and last name enable captains and league officers to log your scores and associate them to you and your team. If you shoot in more than one league, your email address helps us consolidate your scores and stats across leagues into a single user account. Your email address also enables us to notify you when scores have been posted, when your team(s) are scheduling practice nights, etc. Your phone number is shown on your Team’s page (depending on your privacy preference) so your team-mates can contact you easily.

We do not sell or share any personally identifiable or other information of our users to any third parties.

If you contact us by email or by filling out our registration or contact-us forms, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you. In addition, we may use the personal information described above to send you information regarding BullseyeTracker. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such information or communications from us, email us at [email protected] and request to be removed from our list.
